Brad works with SMEs at the intersection of Information Systems, Operations Management and Change Management, and is an enthusiastic advocate for understanding how businesses organise themselves around their core business processes. 

He is a thought leader with a career devoted to enabling and developing business change and process capability through the strategic application of Information Technology.

He has extensive experience gained working for three of the world’s leading IT Services Corporations (IBM, Fujitsu, and Wipro Technologies); and has held CIO and Executive positions within other well-known larger corporations.  He now enjoys a portfolio career, working as a consultant, NED, coach and mentor, and has a keen interest in working with SMEs, their founders and executive leaders.

He is an ‘Entrepreneur in residence’ and honorary ‘Professor of Operations Management & Information Systems’ at Nottingham University Business School. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Management Services, and a Non-Executive Director and Trustee to organisations ranging from SMEs to not-for profits.
