Claire is a commercially minded HR professional who has over 30 years’ experience developing HR processes, systems and initiatives to meet the needs of large and growing businesses, and in advising and supporting managers in handling the difficult people issues which can arise.

She draws on the wealth of experience gained working across a wide range of sectors including; communications, media, technology, health, engineering, hospitality and tourism. Claire has strategic and hands-on HR expertise that spans from start-ups through to complex global matrix organisations.

Claire works closely with clients to understand their business and deliver an appropriate level of support which improves employee engagement and drives the best value from their people. Her approach is always pragmatic and business focussed.

Claire is also a Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative (SFEDI) accredited mentor to small businesses, a qualified coach and an experienced trainer and meeting facilitator.
