Shirley has held senior executive and non-executive positions in both the public and private sector, having established Boards, and subsequently worked with them to determine their governance and management arrangements.
Her areas of expertise are in organisational development, change management, coaching and mentoring. She has considerable experience and expertise in supporting professionals undergoing change, during times of company transition, and in the subsequent consolidation phase.
Shirley has strong interpersonal and group communication skills, and practices as a highly experienced and talented facilitator for many large organisations.
She has several long-term mentoring and coaching relationships with successful professionals.
