Meetings can be the bane of a manager’s life – too long, too unfocused, the same people talking! Yet getting people together – to plan, brainstorm, learn or review progress – can be a very effective way of building your business and team. The key is to make the most of everyone’s time, and ensure that the meeting has a clear purpose, is well planned and effectively managed.
Our facilitators will work with you and your team to clarify your objectives and develop an approach and agenda for the meeting. They will then run the meeting, allowing you to take part fully without worrying about the process. We will also help you to pull together the conclusions reached and to plan follow up actions.
